Documents are prepared for scanning with removal of clips and staples. Loose notes and cards are taped down. Document irregularities are located and flagged. Barcode separator sheets are created for each file with key index information, then are inserted into corresponding tab sections throughout the file.
Documents are run through high-speed scanners with advanced settings to avoid double-feeds, improve image quality and accurately capture each character. Scanned images are run through a series of quality control steps to ensure image quality and accuracy.
